How long does delivery take?


Orders usually take around 41–59 business days from confirmation to arrival. This includes production, packing, international shipping, customs clearance, and local delivery. Lead times may be longer during peak periods or due to unforeseen logistics delays .

Do you offer free delivery?


Slafay provides free delivery on orders over a certain value. Delivery fees are calculated based on product size, weight, and location, and some remote areas may incur extra charges .

Is delivery to upstairs or inside the room included?


Standard delivery is kerbside or ground-level only. Bringing furniture upstairs, into a building, a room, or installation is not included, and any additional charges for such services are the customer’s responsibility .

Can I customise my furniture?


Selected products can be personalised for size, colour, layout, storage options, LED lighting, or branding. Customisation helps the furniture fit your space and workflow better, especially for reception desks and highly visible pieces

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

If any damage is noticed, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and item. Slafay will work with you to resolve the issue promptly .
